Description |
Amarna-style head from a statuette, broken at lower neck. The head is bald and the distinctive shape of the skull is elongated in a stylized manner. The ears are schematic, but do incorporate some naturalistic details such as the tragus. The eyes are elongated and pointed at the outer edges, and parallel brows from a distinct ridge above them. The nose is triangular and is set into the face at a slight angle. There is a slight nasolabial groove indicated. The lips are differentiated and turned down at the outer corners. |
