One of a series of drawings by Castle of a landscape of low hills with corral fencing and simplified tree forms in the foreground. This work has two large tree forms fully silhouetted against the sky, with what is possibly a third trunk of a much larger tree at upper right. This "trunk," which extends beyond the top of the drawing, appears to have a tunnel cut through its base. |
