Description Petroglyph rubbing taken from cliffs along Columbia River, Washington side. East end of Fountain Bar in Four O'Clock Rapids area, about 14 miles west of Arlington, Oregon. Innudated by waters of the John Day Dam, 1968.

Fall 2003: Blue speckled pattern on canvas. Areas with absence of blue depict indication of man with parasail-like apparatus above head.
